Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Bedford/Euless

Twice in the last week now I have checked in online for the Bedford TX location, arrived at the recommended time, and suddenly there is more than a 30 minute wait (even though I got a text that my stylist would be ready in 10 mins)What exactly is the point of checking in online if people just jump in front of you and take your spot anyway?? The whole purpose of checking in ahead of time is I am busy and do not have time to wait. So, needless to say I still have not gotten my haircut. I have been coming here for more than a decade with no issues until recently. What a joke this process has become!!!

Rachel was my stylist. She was friendly, polite and professional. I’ve been to other locations and while I’ve never had a complaint about my haircut, Rachel was above and beyond. She chatted with me throughout and really made me feel like I was important and not just another guy getting his hair cut. I highly recommend this location and if she’s available get Rachel to take care of you! I’ll definitely be returning here rather than the location closer to my home!

My stylist was Amy, (the manager). She had met me outside at the Door. I had already Checked-In Online. There was no Wait. I walked right in, sat down in this "makeshift" station that was right in the front of the store, where the "Waiting Area" used to be. The "Waiting Area" used to be 2 rows of about 5 Red Chairs, but they have taken those Chairs out. Amy, did a nice job on my hair. Asked me what I wanted, began to trim my hair, and she even stopped midway, to see if I wanted it shorter, which I did. I had not had my haircut, since this whole "COVID-19 thing" began. It took about half an hour or so. When she was through cutting my hair, she made a made a note on my file on the computer, as to how I want it done, for the next time I go in. I have been coming to this one location for years. Never really had a specific Stylist, just first come first serve. Overall, this Location did a real good job, considering all the changes that had to be made, because of the Coronavirus. I go back!!
